getting back on track
alright, I’ve had it with gaining weight and eating poorly. I miss being skinny and want it back now more than ever. I went from being 117lbs in September 2010 to 132lbs now. so from now on, less calories and more exercise. I’m going to post everything I eat on here and what exercises I do as well. 117lbs, I’ll see you again soon :)
